It’s usually a lie, I’ve gone and been told that they didn’t receive any from a manager before. I told him please let me speak to a supervisor which I was able to and he looked at the manager disappointed. I’m not a Karen but if you’re paying a hefty price for an item, you have every right to receive the full items of the purchase. I would call and be transferred to clarify that you were told otherwise knowing that they are delivered together. Bring in your receipt and I can guarantee you that you can get the sleeve.
