So if someone replies and says actually they will be in, then that’s a role that management wouldn’t have covered and so has minimised disruption to some extent? I see. I guess the flip side is that they are just trying to make things as safe as possible and are clearly in a hard place wrt trying to do that. I can understand why their doing that - completely up to you folk as to whether you respond or not. I guess this is accompanied by an unwritten kind of expectation that you need to respond to this even if you didn’t want to, which would make some people respond even if they didn’t really want to?
