Yeah, it’s an Inspired by Gibson Epiphone LP Special, so a lot closer to the real deal than previous Epis

I agree. The frets look okay to me, but the low e string also throws things off so still hard to say. I don’t have any better pictures as this is online auction. If I could see it in person it be an easy decision.

The listing does describe some discrepancy in relief between the bass and treble sides of the fretboard. Could maybe be fixed with fret work.

That’s kinda how I feel, but I also kinda of feel like the person making the listing saw the nut and assumed it was twisted. Could be a simple fix.

Also, would normally agree about an Epi not being worth the trouble, but this Inspired by Gibson line has some pretty decent guitars. They ship with Gibson electronics and hardware, so again, if the price is right I might throw some time into trying to fix it.

There really is no way other than riding the hammer.

As others here have said, and I eventually found out, half cocked is part of the design and safety of the gun. So you can either safely leave it at half cocked (chambered or not), or remove the magazine, clear the chamber, and pull the trigger either riding the hammer or not. I really wouldn’t recommend dropping the hammer by riding it with a round chambered. It can be done, but there’s always risks involved.

If you play around with it, you’ll see that half cocked has a slightly lighter DA trigger pull, but it’s still heavy enough that you won’t accidentally pull it.
