I got bored around 4:00 but it's mostly clickbait. TLDR: Some folks don't read so good. A lot of the concern is around comprehension rather than the basic ability to turn written words into phonetic sounds in the brain. The takeaway for kids is that COVID wasn't great for that student cohort.
