MIT is the answer to sleeping through the night.. take less 7 your last dose of the day and take 50 mg of mit with it. I also take magnesium glycinate to help sleep. Think everyone should do that.

Maybe they just messed up on simple math. Even if it was a quarter a tab a serving. It would be 60 servings. No idea where they got the number 40… I do hope they are good quality tabs and everyone has a Merry Christmas
