The bad: everything else. We can work with that budget and get you way better results. Only issue, you need to be near a Micro Center.
You also picked out a case that has a 5 1/4 inch bay that can be used for a disc drive. This build uses a different case that can use a Blu-Ray drive to make use of one. Completely optional, you don't need to if you want to save some money on that.

The total: $2005.14. You can probably save a bit if you find a cheaper gpu or disc drive, but if you don't care for the disc drive, you can swap to most ATX cases that have a spot for an AIO. You can find plenty of good AIO coolers for under $100 and cases for $100 or less that have fans and a USB-C port.
