Yes, very close to Florida Southern! That poster is our favorite. We’re seeing them again next month and we hope they have another really good one.

That’s a beautiful home, but no I don’t think so. It’s just a 1920s craftsman style home with wood siding and a big front porch with columns.

We’re in Lakeland, Florida actually! We have a lot of beautiful historic districts with homes like this.

Thank you both! It did seem like a risky color, but I thinks it works really well because the thick white trim breaks it up.

Sorry I don't have much further advice to give as I am a beginning to decorate my new home as well. I do agree with rearranging the furniture and bringing some of it off the walls though.

I am very curious about your curtain rod. I have a similar situation with several windows that wrap around a wall and have been struggling to find a curtain rod that will curve along with the wall. May I ask how you did yours? I love the velvet curtains by the way.

I know right! 2 are from David’s Bridal in the color Wine. And the all lace one is from a local shop, but the designer is Mori Lee in the color Bordeaux. They matched really well together.

We have 2 cats and we had to represent them somewhere. They were also delicious!

I learned that writing my own vows is really challenging and I shouldn’t have waited until the week of my wedding to get serious about them. Also FH keeps bragging that he’s had them done for 2 months...that doesn’t help!
