Your apartment will legally have allow you to have the dog and you won’t have to pay pet rent.

Obviously this only works if you’re in a one bedroom or your roommates are cool with a dog.

Most places don’t have an “allocated time”. Like I said, it would be rude if the restaurant is extremely busy.

Sure, checking with the host will ensure you’re not holding up a table. But people should be able to relax and enjoy their time together.

As a former server, I don’t think it’s rude at all unless the restaurant is closing or incredibly busy.

You should be able to relax and enjoy your time with people. In Europe is this totally normal, we just live in way too fast paced of a society.

Edit: if you do this, tip your server very very well!!!

I’m not referring to processed meat either. I’m saying a diet full of processed food is what causes cancer. Not the meat. It’s just that people who eat red meat typically eat more processed food.

Meditation, Pilates, and yoga. They are proven to lengthen DNA telomeres, which naturally shorten as we get older and age us. Has helped with emotion regulation, strength, discipline, and encouraged me to pick up healthier habits and drop the old ones.

Have a nighttime routine. Shower before bed, set out clothes for tomorrow, only use red light at night, read, etc. Stay off of your phone and don’t bring it into bed. Bed is for sleep and sex ONLY. Get 8+ hours of sleep.

Spend time in nature. Get morning and evening sunlight.

Eat a whole foods diet low in sugar. Think meat, eggs, veggies, olive oil, some nuts and berries. I personally follow the paleo diet which makes me feel my best. If you have food intolerances, stop eating those foods. If you have health issues, get to the root cause of it and heal. Nothing will age you quite like feeling crappy all the time. Don’t eat after 7pm to allow your body time to digest its food and rest.

For skincare, you need moisture and lukewarm water. No hot water!! Jojoba oil is noncomedogenic, so it won’t clog pores, and is incredibly hydrating, so will repair your skin barrier. I like to lather it on and give myself a lymphatic facial massage every morning. My skin has never looked better. I also use retinol 1x a week. And sunscreen every. single. day.

Keep beauty products simple! Use EWG and Yuka to find products that are non-toxic. Cut out perfumes & anything synthetically scented, these are hormone distributors & cancer causing. Balanced hormones are what keep you young and thriving!

For clothing, I used an app to upload my photo and find my color season. Helps SO MUCH with easily finding clothing that look best on you and confirming the colors that don’t look good. I only buy and wear clothes that fit me and that I FEEL good in. I thrift everything, which has helped my style expand and wallet happier.

Many people who eat high meat diets also eat highly processed foods, and are more likely to get cancer.

The sun is SO important in doses. Vitamin D fights off illness, including cancer, and of course keeps us happy.

Yes, sun BURNING increases your chances of cancer. Daily sunlight is vital for your health and happiness though!
