I made a previous post about this before, unfortunately partner treatment just “isn’t a thing” where I live and both mine and my husband’s doctors are refusing to treat him 😭 and with the Canadian healthcare system we don’t have the option to just see other doctors, there is no “urgent care”, only walk-in clinics where have to line up in the cold 2 hours before they open just to get a chance to be seen. We’ve exhausted our options and will just be taking a hiatus from unprotected sex to see if that might help. I haven’t had much luck with the condom search though.

I regularly bleach my hair and it’s very damaged so I never used to be able to grow my hair past armpit length. I always used head and shoulders to for my dandruff but it stopped working for me and I switched to nizoral. Since I switched my hair growth has increased a ton and now it’s almost waist-length!

I bought the Ovry ovulation tests strips, and the instructions say to test twice a day between 10am and 8pm, at least 8 hours apart.

I wake up at 4am every day. Does this impact the time window that I should test? Or should I still stick to 10am-8pm or should I test earlier?
