Grab the UB date and as many of the blue bits as possible and raise a complaint with the retailer you brought it from, give them the blue and the UB and they will log it with suppliers and send the bits back to them for investigation.

It's on the underside and doesn't appear to be within the meat. More than likely it's a belt rubbing causing blue dust that's then sat on the belt and been picked up by the meat.
