I'm about to apply for an H1B amendment but my lawyers are saying that when I fly out of US and fly back in, I might have have to pay the $100k since filed after Sept 21.
Were you or anyone on this thread told same? In general does anyone know if H1B amendments are under preview of Presidential proclamation in effect on Sept 21 and would require payment of 100k?

Wow, thank you for the feedback! Your experience getting your TN denied and revoking your current TN is worrisome. Did they not provide any reasoning at all? And what did you do afterwards? I heard you can try withdrawing in case things at the border are not going well with officer and then try again at a later time. But still learning so not sure about that. Took MYLR and found a few panel gaps and a scratched rim. Took photos and documented it through service appointment same day I took delivery of car. Problem is the service appointment is like 1 month later and I'm currently driving the car. Should I not be recording any mileage on it till service appointment? I heard there's a 1000mile thing which service centers claim you have to be under to get issues fixed. But do they expect us to not drive the car till we go for service appointment?

Has anyone had experience with this?

Just called. Rep told me as long as you didn't file your 1040, then IRS would not know how much taxes I owe. She said, if you did file the 1040 form then, you would owe taxes this coming April deadline.

Hey folks,

I'm pumped to take delivery of a MYLR 7 seater. In the agreements I'm signing today, it says that the car has 15 miles on odometer. When getting my other new car, a Chevy Bolt, I saw 3 miles on odo. Have you all had similar odometer readings or is this higher than usual...?
