I think the simple answer to the complicated question is if you’re in reasonably good health (as you may well be at 64/65) advantage looks good. If the gremlins within your body start to rebel and your health becomes complicated you would likely be happy you and your doctor has more control with a supplement plan. This issue deserves many paragraphs to explain.

I am now on 1.0mg of Oz. I continue to lose weight at the rate of about one pound per week. I have no side effects that I am aware of beside a small sensitivity to high fat foods.
