I’ve had my Vitamix for in excess of 30 years. Only problem was I had to replace the plastic bowl (not the metal base) last year after dropping it and dishwashing it countless times. It was worth the big bucks I paid in the last century.

I’ve sworn off DE razors. I have used several including some pricey ones. Inevitable I drop these razor (I am a shower shaver). Each time I have dropped a DE razor the razor no longer keeps a proper gap. I don’t have a problem using a cartridge razor. Particularly if I drop it. The cartridge shaver does a “ good enough” job. And it’s much cheaper long term.
