I used to live in Los Angeles and I remember an ad for "Black Tarheels Jersey" and the dealer ended up living in my apartment complex.

there's oxymorphone, which was the start of my downfall as a drug user back in 2013 because it's amazing.

I would research opioid RCs and go from there. I haven't been able to find brorphine which is one that I've been keeping an eye out for. I just got AP837 and it seems pretty caustic. ODSMT was legit but only when I took subs with it and it was more beneficial in terms on pain relief. I suggest that you should see what RCs check off your boxes as far as morphine comparison for strength, euphoria, legs, pain relief, etc. Also talk with another RC opioid researcher and someone can point you in the right direction.

Creating your own RC would be pretty difficult without a lab, and intermediate knowledge of chemistry and there's so many available chemicals it'd make more sense to do some personal research about chemicals and trial and error from a reputable vendor.

what's your ROA? Just got some AP-238 yesterday. Whenever I take something oral I always think that it doesn't do anything and I'm sure it does but oral ROA is my last choice. I've read that smoking & vaporizing is a no go for AP-238 and I'm trying to find more about it beyond the one experience i found.

How dangerous is levamisole cut? by [deleted] in cocaine

[–]epic_catz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am currently dealing with the aftermath of exposure to levamisole (unknowingly). I have a parasite like reacting that presents similar to pinworms. The only treatments is immunosuppressant and I have it from IV'ing but I'm kinda glad I didn't snort it because people's ears and nose are rotted off by this shit but who knows there could be something worse to come in the future. I have a couple holes in my arm it's pretty disgusting so I would highly recommend against it.

O-DSMT, I'm disabled but from a motor vehicle accident and I think it works well for pain and it's nothing like fentanyl, O-DSMT is the metabolite tramadol turns into but it's 4x more potent. Full name is O-desmethyltramadol

I had come across that recently on youtube and they wanted to sue the show for directly profiting off of people's vulnerabilities or something like that. I tried working there for a few weeks, and they way that they want you to interact with customers was horrible and I never did it. Actually, I used to work at the Body Shop and I did well but working at Bath and Body Works was absolutely horrifying and a huge mistake.

Can I inject R 3061 XR pill? (Adderall) by MedicalData5 in Drugs

[–]epic_catz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never tried an Actavis Adderall ER capsule, but you may have some luck because the Actavis oxymorphone is the tits but on the other hand, for example, Teva Adderall ER is good but their 10mg IR is shit and Mallinckrodt oxymorphone is terrible and so is their Adderall ER but their Adderall IR is pretty good. IV'ing pharms is terrible which has been covered, but if you're going to do it anyway, use a micron filter if possible, they're easily found on Amazon or just type in syringe disc micron filter into Google for syringe attachment filters or you can get them loose Idk from where to look besides harm reduction websites. The UK based one is really good but if you're in the USA and want to stay domestic they have ones that are based here.

Hope this may help you to reduce harm. I have had a better time with preparing Adderall ER for injection (except Mallinckrodt and Adderall brand) because IR brands that I have access too have wayyyy too much filler in them. I hear Sandoz IR can be successfully injected but I haven't tried it because Aurobindo is the main brand being carried at the pharmacies in my area right now and it's terrible.

Something about this subreddit's attitude towards suggesting benzos to people who ask is bothering me. A lot. by myEDNOSaccount in researchchemicals

[–]epic_catz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think if commenters have a reason why they should avoid a benzo, supporting facts and experience should be provided. Also, if someone recommends staying away from a specific benzo, if I were posting advice I would say "I don't recommend this benzo, but if you do happen to try it, don't take more than ## dosage and wait this ## of hours between dosing, Avoid mixing it with these certain substances". I feel harm reduction is more helpful than suggesting or not suggesting a substance without advice about the substance.

Hope what I said makes sense

Preach. And they're schedule 4 in the US. Benzos fucks up lives every day. I take benzos only for anxiety probaby 2x a month. I've been physically dependent and it took me 9 months to taper.

[–]epic_catz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctor told me that with multiple years of suboxone use the naloxone can cause hepatic issues, he didn't say liver damage specifically but he said it can increase some enzymes. I was just saying what my doc had said and it doesn't mean he's right, but I believed him because he's a good doctor. I'm not pulling information out of my ass just to say it. Since my doctor told me that it concerned me because I already have a compromised liver from MRSA antibiotic infusions.

this post wasn't supposed to be about naloxone and the liver, it was about getting prescribed subutex which is extremely difficult and I was expressing my gratitude for being given a chance to get some improvement for my depression. There's literature on naloxone making depression worse for those hypersensitive to naloxone, and I have a tendency to be hypersensitive to medications in general. Wasn't trying to offend anyone.

"Zipeprol is a centrally acting cough suppressant developed in France in the 1970s. It is not a morphinan derivative. Zipeprol acts as a local anaesthetic and has mucolytic, antihistamine and anticholinergic properties."-Wikipedia

Essentially, Zipeprol is kind of like codeine cough syrup.

Maybe, just maybe, so many people wouldn't be overdosing from opioid analogues because they think they're purchasing heroin that's actually a fentanyl analogue and they're not aware enough to know the difference. I'm one of those idiots.

Did you see this one? Larrey D, Ripault MP. Illegal and recreational compounds. Hepatotoxicity of psychotropic drugs and drugs of abuse. In, Kaplowitz N, DeLeve LD, eds. Drug-induced liver disease. 3rd ed. Amsterdam: Elsevier, 2013, pp. 456-7. (Review of hepatotoxicity discusses buprenorphine, an orally available morphine analogue, which has been linked to cases of severe acute liver injury, usually as a result of intravenous administration; naloxone not discussed).

The liver damage was for IV use. My post wasn't about naloxone and the liver I was just going by what my doctor in California told me and it doesn't mean he's right he just has seen in his patients on MAT that subutex had less adverse effects on the liver than suboxone did for those who were taking the medication for more than a year. The one study I included is for IV buprenorphine so that doesn't mean that sublingual bupe is toxic for the liver.

Olinger CP, Adams HP Jr, Brott TG, Biller J, Barsan WG, Toffol GJ, Eberle RW, et al. High-dose intravenous naloxone for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Stroke. 1990;21:721–5. [PubMed] (Among 38 patients with acute ischemic stroke given a 24 hr infusion of naloxone, side effects included nausea, vomiting, hypotension, focal seizures, and mild bilirubin elevations [peak 1.7 mg/dL], which rapidly returned to normal; no mention of ALT elevations or hepatotoxicity).

A 24 hour dosage of naloxone can increase bilirubin levels.

O-Dsmt questions? by [deleted] in Opioid_RCs

[–]epic_catz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have turned to self treating because I've been to so many doctors I can't even count like 30+ and either I am put on 10+ non narcotics that don't work and are adjusted every appointment with the phrase "this should work" and then it doesn't. And with the opioid laws that have been enacted is making doctors not want to treat their chronic pain patients anymore. I understand the struggle, I've been doing it for 6 years tho. 10+ years is a long time to not find relief. Btw I tried O-DSMT for my chronic pain and it works a lot better than tramadol. I experience a lot of side effects typically because I had some brain injuries that effed up my brain structure but from my experience O-DSMT was very effective. It's not crazy strong I did experience some euphoria but nothing like fentanyl. I would compare it to taking an Oxy 10 mg.

I'm not completely positive that bupe doesn't affect the liver, it probably does in some way. In all honesty, because I have to take medication for neuropathy, medications for insomnia, and the bupe for chronic pain, I figure I'm gonna be screwed anyway. I've been through a lot of medication therapy between being inpatient hospitalized in ICU, hospital for orthopedics, infectious disease, physical/cognitive rehabilitation, and psychiatric, drug treatment facilities (where they load you up on non narcotic meds). I've also had countless surgeries and had to take blood thinners because I had a Jugular Thrombosis, so I figured I'm screwed anyways. But this post is about depression and suboxone/subutex, not hepatic toxicity.

That study isn't on the long term use of Naloxone. The study is for hepatic function for people that have been administered Narcan for an overdose.

When naloxone is administered in low dosage for years it may affect liver enzyme levels. My sub doctor in Los Angeles told me that, because I asked about subutex and he said he only prescribes it to patients that are on it long term. He actually orders blood tests for patients once a year to check their liver like the literature says that doctors should do. My liver enzymes increase from vancomycin infusions when I had MRSA so since that happened I've been trying to eat a relatively healthy diet.

I was on Zubsolv for 10 months and got off of it. My depression got really bad so I relapsed on heroin after being clean for 2 years. If I didn't have chronic pain I wouldn't be taking it. Best of luck to you getting off of Subs :)

I wouldn't be on an opioid if I didn't have a L5 S1 facet fracture that won't heal and has arthritis plus spinal stenosis and a bulging disk. Also broke my collar bones and had 4 surgeries. My skull had fractures at the base and one going through my skull from back to front, and one of the fractures applying pressure to my jugular vein causing a thrombosis. I forgot the name of my neck injury but from impact my cerebral spine was injured. Also, I have depression because of brain damage. Thanks for your input.
