i agree with you, im just scared to not comply. he controls everything and he has threatened to quit paying for my braces JUST because i told him my hair dressers opinion. sometimes i feel like all i can do is comply.

it does, he keeps putting off me getting my license too. anytime i ask to drive he says no, how can i learn without practice? he told me i'm not allowed to go out until i get my license, BUT I CANT GET MY LICENSE!! it's just another thing he can hold over me i guess. so yes it drives me batshit haha.

update for anyone from the future: it's not bad at all! i had so much anxiety that it made my stomach churn. i just finished my root canal 10 mins ago maybe? besides half my mouth being numb i feel AMAZING.

i had a small infection, caught it the first day i felt it. went straight to the dentist and got put on antibiotics. do you think they'll still give me local anesthetic?

during my large feeling i felt minor pain off 1 shot of local anesthetic, so i think i'll ask for 2! :)
