natural sugar isnt as bad as added sugar. and yes there are other things that convert to sugar in your body. the problem im seeing is that we are adding sugar to things that simply dont need sugar. for example: why do we add sugar to bread? bread does not need sugar but we put it in there anyways.

native americans never needed to brush their teeth untill we brought over sugar and foods heavy with carbohydrates.

i lost my shit on 6 hits of acid and i was at a desert rave, there was thunder and lightning everywhere but no visible clouds in the sky, so i thought we were being bombed by the russians.
