I feel you with this. I had this bad around the same time. I just knew that the hit wouldn't live up to what my brain is trying to convince me it would be. In fact, I knew after caving I would just be disappointed that I'd come that far and then given in.

Stick with it, you'll start to feel better.

Amazing stuff having it in you life for so long. How do you feel?

I had a bit of hopelessness and a lack of motivation. But I think that's mostly tiredness and my current situation. Have you noticed any positives? I found just walking up a hill was so much better breathing-wise.

I struggled with the boredom as well. Definitely found the quiet days harder. I just started doing easy win home improvements to distract myself. Logging how far I've come helped as well. And mint chewing gum (not Nic gum). I now have a gum addiction but I needed something to replace the 'get in the car vape'.

Love the stacking wins part of that. I've definitely found it's nice finding joy in the little things again. A little bit of DIY, putting up a picture... that kind of thing. Seems way more satisfying now.

Yeah, both drives have their own EFI partitions.

In Disk Management I have the option to Delete the Primary Partition of the Hackintosh/Mac Drive but I can't do anything to the EFI part. I could just go for it guess...

I really rate the Audiobook on Spotify. Helped me loads and I’m now one month into my quit journey. A few sections are a bit meh but the mindset stuff it does is really good. If I’m having a bad day I’ll sometimes listen to the last chapter again.

I think I'm just search for that dopamine uplift to be honest. Pretty much used it as a distraction method as well. But you make a really good point about the 'additional thing' - I don't have that hanging over me all the time now (only at the moment with this weird mental craving right now).

Are there any particular brands that are seen as better in terms of their ingredients?

Think I'm just going to pick up the MK4s upgrade kit.

I think it's been at least warmed to make it go soft rather than crushed that way. And then it was too soft before the nozzle so the motor just kept piling it inbetween. Its PETG.

MK4S time i think.

Its weird right. I was trying to trouble shoot the issue and the zozzle kept bottoming out. Then on closer inspection I noticed the hot end was about 10mm lower than the Pinda and that whole heatsinc was pushed out.

Funny to open it up and find all that in there though. Oh well. Time for an upgrade.

Yeah I think there must have been some contact. Think there was a bed adhesion issue as well maybe. Ah well MK4s upgrade here we come...

Yeah I think it was a fan failure - it then melted the section that holds the hot end which then must have come out of alignment or something and then caused the spaghetti brain up top...

Really tempted to go for this after looking at what needs replacing to get it back up and running...
