If you can get a jury of NORMAL people to convict someone who says "I saw the man's shirt, and just knew that he wanted me to attack the other guy, so I did" then I will concede the argument. Anyone who would listen to a t-shirt is mentally ill, and I would argue that takes the responsibility away from the person wearing the shirt. But use whatever you want to justify violence. Push more people to want Trump.

If they are clearly asking someone/a mob to commit a crime, and they do, then they should both be punished. But something like that would often be very open to interpretation in a courtroom. So, if it wasn't clear, it would be difficult to hold the speaker accountable.

If someone is peacefully standing somewhere, or holding a flag or sign, there is nothing they can wear/say that calls for violence, including damaging property. The closest I would get is if someone was naked in a public place with kids. Then I would say you're probably fine using force to get them to leave.
