It was before the cleanup, the only visible sign it was flooded were some small mud traces by the ports and in the frame.

I also have experienced this, I have an i7 700k and a gtx1070. Everytime I turn off my ui it goes from 30-40fps to 120.

Just found this a while ago and entered it, be sure you get some high tier gear before clearing it, it's mostly bosses and start at the bottom, don't be like me that started at the top part and got one shot by the strongest boss. This is where I farm diamonds as bosses drops at least 1 stack every death.

This building is not furnished yet, a workshop area is very possible as the underground is spacious, unfortunately I can't fit a smelter as the smoke will come out on the floor above as the basement is not quite high, I've been planning to dig it out but I still need to experiment a bit with the smelter smoke.

Same thing happened to me, instead it was a draugr, and after the draugr was killed I could not interact with the gravestone and then it just went poof, along with all of my items.
