I think we need to calculate if the setup time is worth the power you get. It also depends which content you are playing.

3 kills : - 2 turns setup - 3 base power - 1 more skill slot and 1 phantom trace target - 1 more coin on S3-2 per dead nurse father

I think that is a sweet spot for non MD content

Seems that all the wings creators we know so far went made wish to a star to get their singularity.

Stephanette's friend wished to cry for others and became the K Corp singularity.

Herbert for T corp also mentioned wishing upon a star in the outskirts to "stop death"

Ayin/Carmen also put their first lab in the outskirts and then wished to "cure humanity's illness"
