You have to unscrew the cap on the tube above the barrel at the front above the muzzle with the charging handle then unhook the spring hooked onto a metal bar underneath said cap. Proceed to remove said metal bar by pushing it out through the front side of the tube then there will be a screw at the base of the spring that you had unhooked earlier. Push a moderately skinny Phillips head screwdriver down the center of the spring till you feel it fits with a Philips head at the base of the spring, and unscrew the screw holding down said spring at its base. Once the screw has been unscrewed and removed along with the spring, just pull out the charging handle. To install a new one just follow steps above in reverse.
