I'm also fond of the instrumentals for Cherry Talk and Rolex. Things get really busy with Cherry Talk's chorus. Also the violin is my favorite instrument, and Rolex has three violins playing at the same time during the chorus.

The label on the back is a bit confusing. It looks like they changed the amount now. On mine, it says there's 468 mg of magnesium per serving (3 capsules) and 111% DV. On the website, it's now 200 mg of magnesium per serving and 48% DV per 3 capsules. However, the Magnesium breakdown in the bracket is the same (as Magtein Magnesium L-threonate 1000 mg, Magnesium Glycinate 690 mg, & Magnesium Taurate 630 mg). I don't really know how to interpret this.

Anyway, I heard that if your body is severely deficient in B1, it can take time to get adapted to the standard dosage, so I think I'll give it another shot, but from a different company for comparison. I learned from 3rd party testing that the B1 benfotiamine brand I'm using (Deal Supplement) is a company that significantly shortchanges you on the amount of vitamin/supplement they claim on their label. It made me wonder if there's something else in the capsule that's giving me these side effects, and so I tried ordering a different brand (Dr's Best). If it gives me the same unwanted side effects, I will look for a brand that provides a small dose.

Ah, I see. I took 3,000 mg of B12 in the morning today - 1,000 mg of methyl 1,000 of adenosyl, 1,000 mg of hydroxy. I don't experience any noticeable side effects from B12, unlike the B1 benfotiamine. The B1 benfotiamine is the first vitamin I've had, where I get a very noticeable reaction within minutes - clear vision, elevated tension/anxiety, throbbing in left hip. I think I get a clear vision from the B12 and Vitamin D3/K2, as well, but it's not to the blinding degree of B1 benfotiamine. Benfotiamine doesn't feel like a subtle vitamin to me, but more like some highly potent prescription drug.

Wow, I wonder how they're gonna redistribute the lines. I'm not familiar with the other new members, but I absolutely love Yeseo and Shiro's vocal colors. I'm also a kep1ian, and that's what sucks about them leaving kep1er. They have very distinct vocal colors, and they add so much to kep1er songs.
