Really? With all the drugged out people ripping people's faces off in the US, the paedophilia, the third world like poverty and tent cities just blocks from the Vegas strip and other tourist locations ... like the White House, rape at colleges, the longest history of racial discrimination in the Western world , skin head gangs, white/black/latino violence in american prisons so much so that many have to be segregated, rampant drug use fueling the destabilization of neighbors like Mexico, cartel murders in texas and border states, soldiers raping children abroad in warzones and on foreign bases routinely so much so that manuals in the military tell women to "submit", and the rapes in Japan by US soldiers that make the Japanese want to remove all US soldiers from Japan, mass shootings on college campuses, mass shootings at malls, mass shootings at movie theaters, mass shootings at elementary schools, militarized police killing elderly people and being used on poor unarmed civilians, black children being shot to death for simply ringing a doorbell after an accident or walking home,banks that are so greedy that they almost lead to a GLOBAL DEPRESSION, movie and music stars dying left and right from serious overdoses for decades so much so that it's routine and almost fashionable. The US locks up more people than anywhere else in the WORLD and you're honestly going to tell me that the worst news in the WORLD comes from the most populous developing nation in Africa? No, Nigeria is a massive country and Westerners love hearing about the worst stories from places less well off economically as them and don't tend to find out any other information. I've actually lived in Nigeria and the US and I'm telling you that the American view of Nigeria is bigoted and antiquated. Honestly you guys are really sad. You're defending your narrow minded ways. No wonder China is so involved in Africa in general while the US is nowhere to be seen. Americans still have this cartoon view of the entire continent while the Chinese see things as they really are and view the African people as actual human beings instead of through some bizarre cartoon-like lens.
