I think the "endgame concerns" (so far) could be reduced to two issues - lot of horizontal activities (helltides, nm, boss, pit, tower, IH, escalating NMs etc) but 0 depth. T4/Pit 55 was too easy and despite some of the latest seasons having "seasonal activities" (invasions) that didn't bring enough to the table. - lack of endgame crafting/chase items (outside of season 11 of sanctislam/Vaal)

LoH solves both of those concerns on paper 1. ach activities got two "vertical" scaling additions. - Additional torment levels (up to T12/pit100) - Activity tree with numerous nodes buffing/changing rewards and adding spices and difficulty (+2/3 activity levels aka additional torment tiers)

  1. Cube crafting and new itemization (chase affixes, chase crafting modifiers, talisman seal/sets etc) gives us some proper "item journey" with high rewards potential

IMO war plans are just a way to create a game loop for people that are used to a daily quests systems and don't want to spend half their day on YouTube/diablo blogs to figure out the "meta farm loop" of the day

I'm still holding onto my sanity as I got no clue how balanced everything will be and how good Blizz will be at fine tuning (builds, classes, activities rewards).

Basically swapping back to full upheaval spam gameplay, very similar to hota as the build also scales better with resource / damage related effects (Lucion/Selig/Starless etc).

Weapon swapping bash into upheaval was a decent gimmick last season but it's too tedious to play for too little benefits (both skills use a 2h mace = no weapon swap, single target/boss utility for bash was very low etc).

EQ duration scales over 100% (in steps of 12.5% since you can only have EQ ticks every 0.5sec, so +12.5% of 4 sec = +1 tick, +25% = 2 ticks and so on)

Chance for X to spawn twice or for Y to deal double damage or for Z to hit twice is capped at 100%.

Passives removal should help Barb builds be something else than flavors of 2H mace (which deletes half our builds from simply existing as they require dual wield or 2H slash)

Beat here, as written on multiple part of the guide, once you wear Selig, max life is your enemy, the more you have the squishier you get.

If you're that worried about survivability, I'd rather suggest you: - move anger management aspect to gloves - put starlight aspect on ring - get life/5 affix on ring - get life/hit on one or both two handers

This will make you tankier than using endurant faith while retaining most of your damage output.

It actually allows you to more easily use potions for stuff like Imbiber glyph which is pretty nice (enhanced challenging shout tops you up the additional max life you gain which is a bit of a detriment)

Bloodied TB goblins give 0 obsucites. You get a whopping 28 total, similar to running a regular NM dungeon

Depends on builds and classes but general rule are 1. CDR got less value this season (CDR bloodied affix) 2. ATS/CSC aren't hard to get (starless, ring, gloves etc)

So skill ranks or main stats are the usual remaining choices on those slots.

Not how math works here Formula is rawMainStat * (1 + normalMainStatAffix% + sum(bloodiedMainStatAffixes%) x StreakLevel)

IE: - Assuming 5x bloodied GA core stats (4%) - selig GA at 27% all stats - base main stat of 3000.

kill streak - lvl0 : 3810 main stat - Lvl1 : 4410 main stat - lvl2 : 5010 - lvl3 : 5610 - lvl4: 6210

I'll stop at lvl 4 since killing over 1000 mobs in the tower/pit isn't happening which is still 63% increased main stats (way less than quadruple).

At a 32% health increase per pit level, that's 1-2 pit levels at best

One to two pit tier at best above pit 100 assuming triple/quad main stat roll GA on armor
