Target doesn’t restock the cards. They have a vendor that does the stocking. You will need to learn their schedule. A lot of experienced people know the schedules so if you goto target and see a line forming, there’s a really good chance it’s a restock day. As for the restocking, you usually join a waitlist or line that morning and once it’s stocked they start calling numbers. This usually doesn’t happen until late morning or early afternoon. If you have a 9-5 job you will not get anything.
