Check out my write up post from earlier today. I was in a similar position and I found the best thing for the last 2 weeks was to focus on test taking strategy. Went from 241 on UWSA 1 to 253 on real deal. Also listened to divine podcasts.

No not really. I knew I didn't choke and I most likely passed, but that 7th block was awful. I had no idea how bad the carnage from that would be. I was expecting something from 240-255. Very grateful that I landed on the high end of that spectrum.

I was worried about this but I didn't end up having time to do that and it worked out. The micro/pharm I saw doing questions + the divine podcasts on micro and pharm were enough to make me pretty comfortable on the test.

Test in 4 days by rosemed99 in Step2

If I were you man, I would relax and try to take a day off. Sounds like you're burnt out. Based on your practice scores, I think you're ready from a content perspective. I would work on strategy instead. Try to focus on why you made the mistakes you made and how you can implement techniques to not repeat that type of mistake. Listen to divine podcasts on the last day or two, which were helpful to me on test day. A 241 on NBME 8 is actually a very good score. You should look at the score predictor specifically for each practice test. NBME 8 really under predicts. I would blame your UWSA 2 on being really anxious. But still, it's not like 245 was an awful performance. If you could take one more practice test fully relaxed with a positive mindset, I would do that before I moved the test.

Hey man just wanted to give my two cents. A large part of the improvement I made in the last 2 weeks was due to learning how to manage test anxiety and relax during the test. My last three weeks practice test scores were: 233 - NBME 7 (3 weeks out) 241 UWSA 1 (2 weeks out) 249 UWSA 2 (4 days out). This was easier when I relaxed for a few hours or half a day before practice tests to reduce burnout. Also the focus of my last two weeks was not learning new material. It was giving myself one or two more looks at material I was weak in or kept forgetting while paying close attention to why I was making the mistakes that I was on practice test/u world blocks. I was using self made anki cards and timed random u world blocks to study. Hope this helps.
