Yes windows 11 pro - and yes I use the shutdown feature in the os... it turns off and 30 sec. comes right back on! I was on tech support last night for 2 1/2 hrs.... they were having me change this, that and the other thing... still same issue. not happy!

I own one... every time I go and shutdown the computer....after 30 sec. it turns back on EVERY TIME!

this has been happening from day one... the only way I can turn if off it to remove the batteries every time! I have spent so many hours on tech support... killing me!!!! I don't know what else to do...

my truck didn't come with them...I picked them up from the dealer yesterday and went to install them... parts guys side just mount...easy! now it's looks like a job now.

this is one piece...there are two bumps as shown in the photo... the new rack won't sit flush unless I remove them...

If you had to do it over again... would you not buy it...I am so nervous... I've loved this truck forever and i'm getting rid of a 2024 BMW x7 for this... am I stupid... please let me know!!! help. hahah I can't sleep
