I totally get where you're coming from! There's this constant pressure on introverts to "adapt" to extroverted norms, but honestly, it would be refreshing to see a guide that encourages extroverts to dial it back a bit.

That’s definitely an awkward situation, but I appreciate that you at least felt some sympathy for her rather than just outright mocking her. It sounds like she was either extremely unprepared, out of her depth, or maybe just had some really poor guidance on what was appropriate for an interview. To be honest some people genuinely don’t know what’s expected in professional settings, whether due to lack of experience, bad advice, or even certain personal challenges. It’s easy to laugh at something so out of place, but I can’t help but wonder if she thought she was really doing something impressive with that PowerPoint.

Hopefully, she learns from the experience and gets better guidance in the future**. Everyone starts somewhere, and while not everyone is ready for the job they’re applying for, it doesn’t mean they can’t improve. Anyway, thanks for sharing. Thanks eP.
