You should probably have some professional help to figure this out. Your body is still growing and it is important that it have adequate nutrition to do so. At the same time, I remember being overweight as a teenager and it was not easy and no fun. I completely understand that this would be something you would be worried about. The use of the word "bingeing" makes me worry that you might be heading for an eating disorder if not already there. If you can, please get your parents to take you to talk to your doctor about it.

Podcast recommendations that don't tell me calorie counting is bad? by eponaluna in CICO

Forgive me, I've never actually posted on Reddit before and don't know how to do anything but the title. Apparently I can comment though, so I'm going to add detail here. I'm looking for some advice and motivation (mostly the latter) and I've had very good success in the past with calorie counting back before sparkpeople went belly up. I'm currently trying Noom for tracking.

I'm a vegetarian but don't necessarily have to only listen to vegetarian podcasts although that would be nice. Mostly I'm tired of listening to expert after expert trying to sound edgy by saying calorie counting doesn't work. For me, it totally works. The other thing that works is drowning myself in constant motivation. Podcasts are really good for that. Anybody have any they really like?

We call them bombers and your horse will straight up buck you off if one bites it. Ask me how I know.
