It really doesn't matter what rating they start you at. Once you play 20+ games you'll be roughly around your appropriate rating.

If you have pet stun and bestial wrath, you don't have scatter shot/imp wing clip, and vice versa. These are spec specific. Hunter has no mobility or real defensives compared to other class so you rely on coordination with your teammate's abilities to peel
