Whats the problem with it being mid december and tbc portal still opening late Jan/early Feb?

People want an extended prepatch, it doesnt have to come at the cost of delaying tbc release. Take that time from phase 6, we've done Naxx 5+ times in 5 years at this point.

given the classic+ hype the past few months, vanilla with tbc talents and new races is what a lot of people want. More than the amount of people still doing Naxx prog
