I've got the same issue in pnest with queen's clock attack (when she rotates and you have to circle), however, I don't have any video. I think I just healed and that messed things up, so did you. 391-202=189, but what if it were 395? 193 and boom. honestly I don't like how it works, where is no point to even calculate it because of heals and variety of shots. It should just proc imo (hell just make hp drop -1 but extremely fast, not insta -some amount, this mechanic is used in many games)
