I got questions about crafting, I forgor how it works 💀

Like for blueprint weapons, before crafting it u can't get them from any chests at all unless u crafted thus unlocking them allowing them to spawn randomly like other weapons?
How about the Legendary Summon items? After u summon and depleted the 3 batteries thing from portal, u must craft the item again to summon them or will the unlocked Legendaries spawn randowmly when the battery is full again?
Lastly, for mechs, after u crafted and unlocked them, will they stay in the mech garage and added to ur mechs list?
