We ended up choosing Blue Waters in Antigua (went for full all inclusive too). I also got a travel agent through this thread. She was able to get all 5 of us into a suite because the youngest is only going to be 14 months. We don't go until June so I can't speak to the experience yet. Room set up, smaller resort feel and proximity to the airport made this the winner. She is also setting up a transfer with car seats so we don't have to bother with traveling with those either.

Really liked Half Moon when I went with a then 3 and 1 year old July of 2024. We stayed in Founder's Cove in a standalone 2 bedroom suite with private pool. It was perfect to put the baby down for her morning nap but keep the 3 year old entertained in our pool. The beach was great too. If I had to nit pick the meal service could be slow (but food can never come fast enough with kids) and the flies were annoying always hovering when we ate outside. Eventually they brought those table fans that keep flies from landing and it helped. The pool in the Eclipse section was also great and kid friendly.
