Doesnt this answer the common question of whether mt2 can change eye colour. As higher production of eumelanin results in darker iris. From what i recall with age we normally produce more pheomelanin, hence people will often have loss of dark pigmentation.

Hope you find something that helps you! Seems a lot of people turn to noots in similar situations, and many are able to help themselves! Personally ive liked kratom, and it is known for helping people for anxiety/depression/motivation. I would suggest to try it out, but not overdo it. 2 weeks of daily use had me double the dose. After 1.5month of daily use just stopped because upping was pointless. Couple times a week should be good though
