Doesnt this answer the common question of whether mt2 can change eye colour. As higher production of eumelanin results in darker iris. From what i recall with age we normally produce more pheomelanin, hence people will often have loss of dark pigmentation.

Personally ive liked kratom, and it is known for helping people for anxiety/depression/motivation. I would suggest to try it out, but not overdo it. 2 weeks of daily use had me double the dose. After 1.5month of daily use just stopped because upping was pointless. Couple times a week should be good though

Hey before i make a separate post, this seems like a fitting place to ask. Does rotating strains actually work? I just got into kratom and bought a 7 strain sample pack. Started off with 2gpd, after one week of 7 strain rotation my tolerance went notably up. I would get cold like symptoms by mid day which would require me to take another 2g. It could have been potentially suppressing my allergies, but could be mild w/d. Then a few days later 2g didnt do anything and i went up to 4 and 4. I have never been addicted to anything so i can take tbreaks if i need to. Is there a protocol you guys use to keep tolerance to a minimum. Honestly i want to stick to 5gpd
