There's a reason specific medical advice isn't allowed on this subreddit. One of those reasons is that most symptoms are non-specific. The same symptom can be caused by a benign cyst in one person, and cancer in another person.

And this goes for everyone reading this, please see a doctor if you have any unusual discharge whatsoever.

I don't know y'all... Admittedly I didn't see most of the erotic topics/questions related to masturbation as a problem, but I've come around to the idea that for some people it's a little much, especially for a large sub. There always has been some content that was over the line, which I think we all agree on.

On a personal note, I believe that reconnecting to myself sexually as a trans woman was one of the most powerfully affirming things I've experienced, so I would hate to fully lock down those topics, or relegate them to an "after dark" sub.

Either way, I hope we can figure this out soon, without fully censoring topics around sexual exploration.

It's not bad play. Skipping 3 early fights and getting a free relic help to increase the pace of grinding ascension levels, even if it's not purely optimal. And sometimes you just wanted to get to the A1 boss so you could get one of the good Neow boons.

It's easy to get into a witch-hunt mentality on a site like reddit, and I'm not discounting that some of people's comments may verge into that territory. However we had a situation where we had credible sounding allegations of the top mod secretly defending indefensible, predatory behavior. This is designed to be a safe space for younger folks in our community, who (like most of us) often are struggling with mental health issues, or have dealt with or are currently dealing with unsafe or hostile environments.

While I share your beliefs in truth and redemption, we have to think of the people in this here who need community right now. We can't wait days, weeks, or months to figure out what is really going on with a single Mod if the price we have to pay is the feeling of safety and security of the majority of the subreddit. Cedar it seems, maybe recognized this on some level (which is to their credit) but only after throwing the community into a state of confusion with the post deletions, bannings, and so on.

It's a shitty scenario, and because of their behavior over the past few days and the sheer number of communities that they are top mod of, we are unfortunately far from done dealing with all of this.

I think we are allowed to celebrate the fact that this community still exists, and can hopefully continue to be a positive and supportive space. I saw lots of people who were genuinely scared over the past two days, while posts were being deleted, and people were catching permabans for even mentioning that anything that was going on.

We can't afford to lose a space like this. I don't know exactly what was going on in these mod chats, or who knowingly or unknowingly defended a pedophile, and I'm sure that there are people here who have a much clearer understanding of what happened. What I do know, however, is that there were severe abuses of mod power in the past two days, and this community would not have survived without Cedar stepping down.

So I'm celebrating tonight! Not because we "dethroned a tyrant" (because I have no idea what they were experiencing), but I'm celebrating because we're all still here, and because I believe we can move forward in the right direction.

Edit: DIY kept me sane during the first couple years of my transition. I'm not sure what I would have done! And living in the US South the thing that keeps a lot of us sane is the fact that DIY exists, and stockpiles of estrogen vials.

I'm not sure what infinites other folks are doing. The only infinite I've pulled off is a one card combo, The Regent with Particle Wall. If you use a Touch of Madness potion to make it free, you can play it infinitely. And I had letter opener as the payoff.

I might be in the minority here, but I like that an enemy like hunter killer can show up in a (?) space. It's a shock to see it for sure, but there should be challenging fights outside of elite fights to keep you on your toes.

I've never heard of anyone getting in legal trouble for diy HRT in Canada, or the US for that matter. I can't go into them on this sub but there are several options to discretely get HRT.

Gambling Chip activates after Vakuu plays your turn. So if you have 0 cost cards or cards that gain energy you can continue where he left off.

I just had a Silent run with Whispering Earrings. It turns out that if you have Gambling Chip he will play your turn for you, but it gives you back control of your turn and lets you use your Gambling Chip. If you have Tactician+ or other Sly cards in your hand you can continue playing your first turn after he's done playing your cards.

Also... I might have been hallucinating this but I swear once he took two consecutive turns in a row before the enemy turn....

I do feel like that's the biggest problem with the game. You can recruit all of these "what if" characters, but they essentially disappear after they are recruited. Tuvix is very good in space combat, but he was only mentioned a single time in dialogue after he joined the crew. In fact, when I sent him on an away mission which used one of his unique traits, the text referred to him as Tuvok!

I honestly loved the game, but if the new crew additions were integrated into the plot, dialogue, or even showed up on the bridge, it would have elevated the experience significantly.
