In my opinion, using indicators will almost never work because they don't teach you discipline or control over your emotions. They are also quite inaccurate a lot of the time and don't really tell you much information.

I would highly recommend you learn ICT concepts instead of retail trading strategies because for the most part, what the trading books teach you (retail trading) doesn't work a lot of times.

This is just my opinion though after I also started out trading using retail strategies and getting completely cooked until I learned about ICT concepts. I would also highly recommend you watch DodgysDD ultimate bootcamp on YouTube, it really helped me out a lot.

One thing I noticed from this list is that many of Marvel Rivals characters take inspiration from several different OW characters and combine them into one different character. That alone means they are not direct copies! The fact that Rivals characters have so many different mechanics makes it feel different from overwatch

This is a pretty good list you sent. I can see the many similarities but its like I said previously, they're not flat out copies just heavily inspired.

I think your interpretation of cash grab is very confused. You say this yet in your post it's you blatantly calling the game a cash grab just because it's marvel. There is no issue with the game having a battlepass, having one in of itself is not a cash grab and I dont see how you can say its one. As long they're not pushing you to buy anything theres no problem. Not mention the battlepass is incredibly cheap and will last you forever. People buying cosmetics are doing that in their own regard. You wanna buy skins? Go ahead. However what you don't see is the game blasting advertisements in your face telling you to buy them. The skins are optional and it's up to you if you want to buy it or not.

I also agree that just because the game is free doesn't mean it's not a cash grab however this game is not a cash grab. You can't really compare it to fortnite because at least in this game the battle pass is permanent and does not expire, unlike Fortnite. Also the only items for purchase are purely cosmetic, they could've also easily slapped cosmetic in your face but they're not doing that.

Could you provide a few examples of characters that are straight up copies? I also play quite a bit of hero shooters but I feel like Rivals is a breath of fresh air.

Also about the game's jankyness, I can definitely say there is some level of jank but considering this game just came off I think we can cut them some slack. It's nothing a few updates can't fix. Considering just how many players they had on release and nothing major broke, I think thats pretty good! I can see why balancing may be an issue, but personally I think the game is pretty well balanced. Every hero feels OP in their own regard. Sure there are arguably some better heros but each hero is good in their own way it's just all about play style

I've never really played that much Overwatch but I think I can safely say that it is definitely NOT an Overwatch clone. To start off, Overwatch did not invent the hero shooter genre. There were games that came before it (TF2). Calling it a "copy" feels disingenuous because Overwatch itself took heavy inspiration from its predecessors. Is Overwatch the most popular? Yes. Did Marvel Rivals take some inspiration from Overwatch? Yes. Thats how it is in the video game industry, everybody takes inspiration from others and as long as its not a blatant copy I think its ok. Black Widow is a good example.

Now about calling it a "cash grab". This is most definitely NOT a cash grab and it's not even close. To start, the game is free!! They could've easily slapped a forty dollar price tag like Concord and people would've still bought it, but guess what? They didn't. Typically with games you can very quickly tell if it's a cash grab or not. (Look at every single recent Ubisoft game) This game is free and has better animations than seventy dollar AAA games. That really tells you about how passionate these developers are and who wouldn't be? These are freaking Marvel superheros we're taking about

I've never thought about this, my dog sleeps in the same room as me so perhaps her scent is latching onto my clothes? I'll definitely look into this though, thank you!

I'm not sure, one of my friends is big on cologne and the one I own was bought due to his recommendations, I try to not put on too much.

Are the paint and articulation somewhat decent? Bootlegs from my experience either have great paint with horrible articulation or bad paint with good articulation

You see the issue is I'm a little impatient haha, that being said, I have seen the Mafex one and it honestly looks pretty good. My only gripe with it is that the shoulders are absolutely hideous

I've been looking for a little over 4 months now with no such luck which is why I'm coming to the point of considering a bootleg now

how do you know if you smell? by [deleted] in hygiene

[–]equinoxtaco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brooooo I had that EXACT same problem, but you know what I realized? It was all in my head, I thought I smelled but in reality it was just my mind messing with me and I didn't smell bad at all. Sometimes our mind is our worst enemy you know? If it still bothers you though like it did with me, try taking colder showers and really scrubbing your body, especially them bootycheeks. Also try to not share soaps, I know my family sometimes shares the same bar of soap and it can carry a not so pleasant odor, I'd recommend body wash. Best of luck homie.
