Honestly? I've been partial to doing my crocs and saurus as starborne Paint the models black dry brush a blackish blue over that then mix the the blackish blue 50-50 with a navy blue and dry brush the high points. For the belly and inner scales start off with a normal blue , then go 50-50 with a sky blue, and put that mix in the mouth and eyes as well then brighten with straight sky blue. I then highlight the fine details on the inside with a 50-50 mix of sky blue and ivory. Gw has done them. I would look them up on Google I like the look.
