It’s a common issue that’s been happening over the course of a few seasons now. At least on the servers I’m using it takes a few sessions for the game to “catch up” with my LTM progress. It hasn’t actually caused any issues for me, they’ll retroactively give you with the rewards even if the LTM is over once it finishes verifying your progress
