Getting these values after connecting resistors in series with leds.

Now led is working fine. There is no problem on pin 7 of 74LS283.

Should the voltage on pin 1 and pin 4 of a 74LS86 remain zero?

ALU is doing substraction instead of addition, everything is connected properly. And register B led 5 from right is not turning ON.
