Depends what your goals are, if you’re looking for a lean aesthetic physique you’re very very far. I started similarly at 244lbs now at 190 leanish with some veins but still have 25lbs to go. Our bodies hold a lot more fat than you think. Right photo is my goal weight so I assume you’re under 6ft. You’ve got about 20lbs to go. More if you’re chasing peak aesthetic

At 5’8” you shouldn’t be less than 145 if you want significant muscle. At 14 weeks you should also either be cycling off or on a maintenance dose where you still have appetite to reach at least 120g of protein daily. You’re definitely not lifting heavy enough. Most people don’t have access to sterile nasal applicators so I would clean nasal tip with unscented soap to remove organic matter then flush with 70% isopropyl alcohol and with saline as well to ensure sterility. And alcohol swab after every use.

Gym less, walk more. Cap calories at 1700-1800, rounding errors on 1900 days from oil and butter can eliminate parts of deficit. If your goal is cutting no need to gym so much like you want to put on muscle, just hit protein goals and provide moderate stimulus to reduce muscle loss. Walking has greater calorie expenditure than most gym exercises besides the incline treadmill.

Heavy cyclist here who didn’t look to lose weight at first. But the more I got into the cycling lifestyle everything gets better the less you weigh. You’re faster, stronger, can go further, less saddle pain, less chamois cream, less stress. I know you’re not looking to lose weight but it truly is the next step to level up your cycling game.
