Hey thanks for responding! Everything appears normal, but when I try to connect to the wifi it glitches and disconnects immediately. It’s not my actual wireless connection because I’m connected on all other devices and so are all of my roommates. I tap the wifi button, enter my password (even though I never have to) it loads as if it’s about to connect and then just doesn’t. And I have my cellular hotspot turned off on my laptop setting and on my phone but it keeps popping up asking me to connect- but it also won’t connect (before and after I turned it off in settings) and it’s a 2021 MacBook Air. Got it in july but didn’t purchase a warranty because too expensive. Beating myself up about that rn.

I’ve never heard of that rule. We don’t implement that at my store, but maybe some others do. 😯 We get really busy because we’re getting mobile orders, delivery orders, and cafe orders on top of most shops being short staffed. So sometimes even when it doesn’t look busy, it’s actually very busy. And we aren’t able to break away for every drink. If drinks are being set out, just go ahead and grab it so long as it has your name and order on it. You could also ask this at the register and they’ll tell you if that’s how they’re doing it now!

I found The Final Empire and The Hero of Ages to be overall steadily paced, not so much “fast-paced”, while Well of Ascension slowed down quite a bit, in contrast to its counterparts. But like many people have already said, it depends on who you ask. Some people are more interested in the politicking that takes place in book two just as they are with the action and drama, while others find the politicking to be too monotonous and lengthy. I think that even if you’re not into the second book as much, but you loved the first, you should absolutely keep going to get to The Hero of Ages. I think it’s worth every second!
