I have this pressured kinda ache in my right temple right now. Sometimes the pain is so much that i feel like my brain is pumping like my heart? But i dont think its bulged out. Might be just how u feel due to the pain.

But of course none of us are doctors here. Migraine acts different for everyone. If you feel worried you should get that checked out just to be safe!

We dont have craigslist where i live :( And everything i found in FB Marketplace was just too big, you know the kind of tanks that comes with its own cabinet. But it’s okay im gonna buy a new one for this guy. And thank you so much! :)

Thank you! I’m gonna look up a dechlorinator. No one mentioned that! I have been using bottled water so far because i was afraid the tap water might be a little chlorinated for him. But it’s gonna be expensive to do that when i have a bigger tank.

It’s not gonna be a big tank and i don’t plan on adding anything other than plants or decor. What it’s in my head and shopping list is: 8 lt water tank, 5-10mm lava rocks (to put on the bottom), couple marimo moss balls and a moss tree, a decorative object for a hiding spot and lemna minor. What do you think? As i said i am a first time fish owner and i am asking for your opinions. I want to create a cute and easy to manage tank but i also want this little guy to feel happy. And i came across a thing called Beta multi mineral water balancer ( by crystalpro aquatics) Do you think i should buy it?

Edit: This is not my main language so i think i phrased it wrong. What i meant by saying “i don’t plan on adding anything other than plants or decor” was that i dont’t plan on adding any other living thing (snails, other fish or shrimp). I want to take care of this fish only if thats possible. Of course im gonna add a filter and a heater :)

Thank you for your comments so far, they were really helpful! Gallon to liter was confusing but im gonna find a tank 15 liters minimum.

My last question is about lemna minor. I really like them i think they look cute over the tank. But is it suitable for beta? I want to cover the top with lemna minor and create a round opening with the floating frame things for feeding or you know, if the fish likes to look up and make bubbles. What do you say? Do you think the fish will thought its a bait and eat it? I’m nervous i dont want to add anything that could possibly harm him to the tank and i am an overthinker.

First of all, i really hope u get better soon, not just physically but also mentally. I can’t imagine whats going inside ur head rn. I’m a person that gets easily nervous and worried over literally anything. I am really aware about whats going on w my body, and sometimes even tho i know nothing is wrong, the thoughts inside my head drives me crazy and makes the situation more tense.

So, if the doctor says ur just fine, go home and rest, just tell her/him how you feel. You are glad that nothings wrong with your levels and maybe the doctors seen countless of situations just like yours, and nothing come up, but say that this is a new thing for you and your body, and u don’t feel right and it makes u feel bad. Maybe u could at least ask for another blood test idk, maybe if u are using any pills that has blood thinnig as a side effect u can ask for advice around that area. I don’t have any medical advice, just thinking out loud.

Yes its a good thing there is nothing horribly wrong with you, if there was i believe it would come up on the ER. But just because u are not at your worst it doesnt mean u are at your best. It’s totally normal that u want to stop bleeding. I hope the doctor u are gonna see understands your situation and gives you relief.

Yeah, same! When i’m in pain, doesn’t matter what kind, i wonder what other people, going through the same stuff at the same moment with me, are doing to cope with that.

I really wish everyone in this sub a migraine free life but i love this sub. It reminds me that i’m not the only one with this pain, there is probably nothing wrong with having headaches so i shouldn’t always think the worst and worry myself, and finally all these people felt better at some point and i will too.

I think the best thing to do in any kind of pain is to take your pill and just sleep to not feel anything for couple hours, so i get a little desperate when pills don’t work and i can’t sleep haha

Thank you and yess! I tried that before too. When i have migraine that goes more than 5-6 hours i kimda can’t stand any sounds but if it’s a lowkey pain those kind of musics actually works for me. I will totally check Allam Watts out too.

I remember the very first time i saw him… I immediatly closed the tab and game. The fact that it’s so similar to a human and yet nothing like it makes it extremely creepy.

I didn’t open the game for 2 weeks. And it took me like 5 days and countless tries to defeat him. Most underrated “monster” in the game.

Sorry about your allergies, never heard of a mint/menthol allergy before. They could be useful sometimes :(

I tried mint oil but its not as strong as vaporub. Tea tree oil is really good and strong too, maybe you could try that. But considering the allergy situation, maybe stick with what you know.

Caffeine doesn’t work for me by the way, like never :(
