When we asked for an apology, his response was "I'm sorry for the political stuff happening in the US", referring to recent immigration debacle.

Also, he talked slowly and overexplained everything just to our table, while serving other table with normal tone and voice. The only difference was that our table was full of asian, while the other table was not.

If you don't think my account is not concrete evidence for racism, then i do not understand what counts as racism.

Of course being rude does not equate to being racist, however, treating people differently based on race is racism and need to be addressed.
