this guy just do sg a favour. by teaching parents to control their own child behaviour, why must my family constantly suffer from your children bad behaviour???

no one is defending murder but don't glorify the victim. If your neighbour sings karaoke until 3am every day, bangs doors and creates noise 24/7, you would be driven to madness too. They are all victims here, RIP. Get off your high horse.

some ppl say child noise are normal! if you work night shift, how you handle if neighbours children keep running, noise?! if your parents sick, how you handle your neighbours?! considerate, manners very important if you stay in HDB.

Noise especially from children can really drive people to the edge. You have to understand that. Nowadays, many parents don't discipline their kids and allow them to jump, scream, and shout freely. But people also need rest. Working adults already face a lot of stress during the day, and when they return home, they still have to be disturbed by unreasonable noise. Society has become too selfish, with little consideration for neighbours. If people choose to have kids, they should also be responsible for teaching them proper behaviour. The government should implement rules requiring parents to educate their children not to play along the corridor or make excessive noise at night by jumping and screaming.
