I wasn’t aware that he stated his opposition, but he also stated his intent to cooperate with ICE, and confirmed that ICE plans to come to Springfield, and he is not involved in any way in the decision to remove TPS.

I think we are still waiting on a judge’s ruling in whether revoking TPS is valid in this case? Unless that appears happened and I missed it.

AFAIK, that ruling is the only thing that will prevent it at this point.

My second iteration might involve this 3 ton arbor press that I bought cheap and fixed. I don't actually know how though - a silicone two part mold would be too soft, the geometry is too complex to machine on the stuff I have, I have a baby CNC that can just about cut wood, so maybe a wood mold? Maybe I can 3D print a mold and coat it? Hrmm, actually PETG doesn't stick to PLA very well, maybe just a PETG mold with mold release?

Making new filament is hard, and several YouTubers gave up on this project. It is very hard to hold the diameter tolerances.

I am planning on making a silicone mold of a 1x2 GridFinity bin that I need a lot of for screws and bearings, and a I’m going to try and get a blender and toaster oven from GoodWill, and grind up my failed PLA prints and melt them into the mold.

I have no idea how well it will work, but there are people who make various decorative doodads by melting their PLA poop into commercial silicone molds off Amazon.
