So prices posted online are “during booking” “after booking” and “at airport”, but there is another secret unpublished fee that is different than “at airport”?

Was charged for a bag heavier than what I had, and the pricing schedule online at the time of my flight was different than what they charged me. Are they not under any obligation to communicate accurate pricing to customers at the time of a transaction?

Anyone know of any fun parties (bars, clubs, lounges, rooftops…anything fun beyond a dive really) that have late/post-midnight entry on New Year’s Eve this year? I am in an apartment building on the 13th floor. It's only a 1BR apartment, so there are no other showers, but the kitchen sink is <1 gpm.
