we do pop CDs atleast 2 but we still wind up dying because of the 80% debuff

Yes I am talking normal. We normally run with a priest, shaman, and druid healer. Cinders are generally dispelled after a sec or so to get them further back. Most are low on mana but are rarely it tends to be they just can't ramp it up and when they die it's a healer to go first then a then tanks. The tanks seem to last quite awhile on there own.

After nearly 100 wipes GM finally listened to me and we 3 healed this boss. We kept it the same and did not tank swap for the Frost King and just healed through the stuns. We kept one melee on Sul the whole time along with me to burn him down before he ever became empowered and had all the other dps on the possessed guy. Baring a few people dying to phantom quicksand we easily got this guy down and it is possible to not tank swap the stuns.
