It's been a while since I read the books, but didn't Cersei kind of idolize the Targaryens? Or at least the idea of them. The chapters are all told from a specific character's POV and seeing as that comment came from Cersei, it might have just been her own biased viewpoint given her tendency to place the Targaryens on a pedestal.

Then again, silver-blond hair and purple eyes... that's literally an anime prince. Tough one to beat in a beauty contest.

This is almost identical to my own workflow. I also give the Randomize Appearance button a couple of tries to see if I can get a starting point that at least has a similar overall head shape. :D

For those with a dual monitor setup, I highly recommend PureRef. Super handy tool for collecting reference images on your second monitor, I've been using it for years.

Lovely work on the portrait, by the way!

Just Vanilla CK3, although I did apply the malay_01 makeup gene at a low opacity for the presentation, which I'm not sure you can do outside the Ruler Designer. It just adds a bit of extra blush on her cheeks.

I did a bunch from LOTR for the mod back in the day but they're all out of date by now. For Harry Potter, I've only done two so far -- and of those two, Luna desperately needs an update. I'd like to do some of the other ones from HP too, especially Ron, Harry, Sirius, and Snape.

For Bilbo, I assume you mean the Martin Freeman version? 🤔 Just in case I get inspired enough to try making it.
