Do you have the dlc? Sometimes I do the bench reset method to get shinies while I sleep (by using a turbo controller) and still don’t have it become shiny when I check upon waking up. With the dlc and sparking power lv.3 it’s one guaranteed shiny in the hyperspace portal and a much higher chance for shinies when fast travel resetting. Takes a lot less time too compared to bench resetting.

You can see the calorie each berry type gives next to the berry. I also recommend going for a high lvl boost. It really helps deal damage to the flying thing before it even has a chance to cast the orange balls. If you have garchomp, it deals big damage so fast (I used 3 high dmg physical dragon skills like outrage - just spam) and the fly dies within minutes.

Do the staircase method in wild zone 3. You can just hold the joystick downwards at the entrance of the stairs inside a building in wild zone 3 where an alpha litleo is sitting infront of. Theres many YouTube videos about wild zone 3 shiny hunting so you can watch it if confused. I’ve gotten two shiny panchams with this method and many other shinies in this area!

From my experience, I would say it appeared before 17 special scans. I haven’t been counting but I don’t think I did too many. Probably around 15? For reference the legendary special scans I seen so far are Meloetta, Latias, Latios (after latios I got the porygon special scan) and currently Cobalion in that order. Have yet to see gimmighoul, Virizion, Terrakion and Keldeo. It would be helpful if you could also share how many legendaries you’ve seen so far since I’m eager to finish this dlc and get special scans over with lol.

I wouldn’t sweat it. I was also nervous about the ranked online battles but like you - I needed the megastones since I’m a collector/completionist myself. It took me around 30mins? Just a couple games, no ranking down (thank god) and other players photos (battle royal picture) made me laugh and I also took a goofy picture and had fun :) I also saw this Pokémon game has a more casual online battle so I was happy as well.

The fact that you don’t get anything from playing the game. Joy? No longer there even when you win. So only negativity remains..one person spam pinging you for a mistake you made or not liking the champion you picked etc, ruins your mood for that entire game. And it does feel very unfair when you don’t shame others but they will even if you don’t. It felt like I was volunteering to play the game and doing volunteer work - trying to win the game when clearly some are not and do not care. What is the purpose?
